Deadlift platforms

Dedicated lifting platforms so you can pull heavy with confidence.

Cardio

Treadmill, exercise bike and cross-trainer for warm-ups, conditioning and steady-state work.

Coffees & Shakes bar

Drinks and supplements at reception. Card payments accepted.

Lounge, toilets & parking

A chill-out lounge with red LED lighting, toilets, and an on-site car park outside.
